Shipping
Items ship within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.
Orders within the UK ship by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Special Delivery. International orders are shipped by Royal Mail International Tracked.
Orders from within the UK dispatch within 1-3 business days and then usually take a further 1-2 business days in the postal system.
International orders dispatch within 1-3 business days and then usually take a further 7-15 business days in the postal system depending on the country.
Yes, each item is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and then placed in its own gift box and tied with organza ribbon.
Returns
Unworn, unused items can be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return postage. Please notify us via email secretcharmjewellery@gmail.com first.
If an item arrives damaged please contact me via email secretcharmjewellery@gmail.com and I will either repair or replace your item for you.
