Frequently Asked Questions

Items ship within 3-5 business days of receiving payment.

Orders within the UK ship by 1st Class Signed For or Special Delivery. International orders are shipped via International Tracked delivery.

Orders from within the UK dispatch within 3-5 business days and then usually take a further 1-2 business days in the postal system.

Internation orders dispatch within 3-5 business days and the usually take a further 7-20 business days in the postal system depending on the country.

Each item is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and then placed in its own gift box and tied with organza ribbon. 

Unworn, unused items can be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return postage. Please notify us via email secretcharmjewellery@gmail.com first.

If an item arrives damaged please contact me via email secretcharmjewellery@gmail.com and I will either repair or replace your item for you.
